Graffiti remains "NOT A JOKE!"

I find it amazing that some people can sluff off this vandalism without any further thought. Accepting this just emboldens the vandals. This cute picture illustrates how happy the sign owner must be! Pay for a billboard and get this. Doesn't ayone see these jerks when they are painting it? This gem is "on the curve" across from the bowling alley and Jerrys Deli.
