New Graffiti invades our small village

This is painted over (recently as in last two days?) and of course nobody see's these crooks. This is a CBS sponsored billboard proudly showing a U.S. Marine and here it is, ruined. Why? Because nobody seems to want to put together a group to combat this crap. I've fought this in the past when I was a sitting Juvenile court Bench Officer and I can tell you that it only spreads. Look at Sherman Oaks, its all over the place. This ones on the South east corner of Laurel and Moorpark. And farther down on Moorpark just west of Tujunga, some creep put their name on the yellow bring, across from the Cantina, (formerly the Starlight room)
