Just in time for a good Thanksgiving side dish, a Studio City resident's recipe of cauliflower was published in the November issue of Taste of Home magazine.

Cheddar Mashed Cauliflower
2 medium heads cauliflower broken into flowerets
1/3 cup 2 percent milk
1 tablespoon minced rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cook cauliflower in 1 inch boiling water until tender.
Drain; mash with milk, rosemary and salt. Stir in cheese.
Makes 6 servings.
