Burbank police sought the public's help Sunday in finding a possibly depressed but mentally stable 54-year-old Burbank man reported missing Saturday morning.
Gregory Emison told family members Saturday that he was going hiking in the Hollywood Hills, and his family has been unable to reach him since, according to police. Emison had "very little money" on him when he was last seen, according to a news statement released by the Burbank Police Department. (See attached PFD.)
Emison has some unspecified medical problems, police said. He was described as white, about 6 feet and 200 pounds, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen in a white hat, green cargo shorts, a gray T-shirt and hiking boots.
He was believed to be driving a black 2011 Nissan Versa with the California license plate 6RXZ337. (See attached PDF for an image of the make of the car Emison was evidently driving.)
Anyone with more information about Emision's whereabouts is asked to call Burbank police at (818) 238-3000.
