Police Blotter: Car Break-ins, Screaming, Minor Road Rage and Other Local Crimes

A few thefts and burglaries were reported in the area, and Councilman Paul Krekorian's office looked into a report of road rage between two drivers near Carpenter Community Charter, but it was a minor scuffle without incident.
