The Helicopter Flyover at National Night Out

The helicopter flyover was "just for us" according to Studio City Neighborhood Council president John Walker at the National Night Out on Tuesday.

Studio City Senior Lead Officer Mike Lewis radioed in the call, and there came the low flyover across the crowd on Ventura Boulevard.

National Night Out is an annual event designed to strengthen our community by encouraging our neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and with our local law enforcement partners.

This is the 30th anniversary of National Night Out, otherwise known as "America's Night Out Against Crime.” It took place outside of PINZ Bowling Center at 12655 Ventura Blvd.
