LOS ANGELES - Tomorrow, ex-Massachusetts Governor and current presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is slated to hold a 2:15 P.M. rally in North Hollywood. It is expected that Romney will use an east San Fernando Valley shopping center as the backdrop for what he considers to be the failed economic policies of the Obama Administration.
Councilman Paul Krekorian, who represents the region, will deliver a rebuke to Gov. Romney by pointing out the progress now being made on the shopping center and the surrounding area after years of neglect.
The Councilman is available for interviews both before and for a limited time after Romney’s remarks (from 2:30-3 p.m.), near his district office, located at 6350 Laurel Canyon Boulevard.
Councilmember Paul Krekorian represents Los Angeles’ Second Council District, which includes much of the east and northeast San Fernando Valley. Check cd2.lacity.org for more information or follow him on Twitter and Facebook.
