Get Free Lawn Signs to Say 'Watch for Kids' in Studio City

Slow down the traffic with the signs.

 has seen the speeding cars more and more past her house and she is concerned that the children walking to nearby Walter Reed Middle School and the Oakwood School will get hit.

"It is a hazard just waiting to happen, something should be done," she said.

She lives on Woodbridge and Tujunga Avenue and said, "We're going to have dead kids. I can stand at my kitchen window and see it every morning."

This coming Wednesday evening,  August 15, the Studio City Neighborhood Council is going to be handing out free Lawn Signs telling speeders to "Watch for Kids."

This is the area where last year, and are progressively getting worse.

SCNC President John Walker said, "We will be offering a light buffet dinner and information on how YOU can be a candidate for our Board."

Dinner is available at 6:30pm - with the meeting scheduled to start at 7pm.
