Koretz Explains the Marijuana and Oil Tax Hike Measures

Los Angeles City Councilman Paul Koretz explains the measures that would tax marijuana and oil.
"These are the two easiest taxes out there," Koretz said. "Most areas that produce as much oil as we do have some kind of similar tax, and as far as the marijuana tax, the distribution places have no problem with it."
