Local mom Kelly Cole is joining her friends in an Obama Bake Sale on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
"It's always great fun, and last time I was involved we raised about $10,000," she said.
Volunteers are always welcome, and organizer Lauren Malkasian urges, Bring your dogs, bring your kids, bring your friends, bring your in-laws!"
She also said:
"We're excited to announce, Dr. Lee Rogers, the progressive surgeon, running for Congressional seat CA-25 will be joining us at our event!!!!! Come meet him, register to vote and pick up your Obama swag while your Kids enjoy some lemonade.
The money we raise will go towards helping the swing states re-elect President Obama as well as to support Dr. Lee Rogers, in his campaign to win a congressional seat right here in California!"
