Studio City residents are asked to participate.
Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti rang in 2014 by calling out to city residents to answer a three question online survey in an effort to help improve City Hall service.
By city neighborhood, Garcetti asks residents to pick from a list of what's the biggest local issue, if residents know how to contact City Hall and its departments and what method of contact residents prefer to use.
