Neighborhood Council Candidates Work the Farmers Market

Studio City Neighborhood Council reps urge people to vote.

Some of the candidates for the Studio City Neighborhood Council were seen encouraging stakeholders to vote at the upcoming community elections on Thursday at Walter Reed Middle School.

See photos above of John Walker, the present president, Rita Villa and Lana Shackelford who are already on the Neighborhood Council, and Lisa Cahan Davis who is running for the At-Large seat.

Apparently "Slate positions" for some of the candidates will be coming out in the next few days just before the election. Walker and his team plan to release their positions and what they hope to accomplish sometime on Monday.
