A developer is seeking to build a new home on Laurelwood Drive in the Studio City hills that would require a retaining wall, and will have a pool.
The permit was applied for on June 6, according to the City Planning Department and will need full approval by the department in an upcoming hearing.
The permit was requested by Guy Lahav for 11743 W. Laurelwood Dr. They have also asked for an Environmental Assessment.
