An LADWP Trunk Line Construction Crew is working on Coldwater Canyon Avenue, between Dickens Street and Van Noord Avenue. LADWP crew completed installing the 60-inch pipe crossing the Harvard Westlake High School north driveway. Once the pipe in front of the north driveway is backfilled and paved, LADWP crew will concentrate effort to construct the pipeline at the north end of the work zone near Dickens Street. This work zone is expected to be completed in February 2012. Once completed, LADWP crews will move south to the next work zone between Van Noord Avenue and Hacienda Drive.

Overall, this project is anticipated to be completed in late 2015.

Construction will occur between Monday and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Halkirk Street will be closed to through traffic at Coldwater Canyon Avenue. Local access for school and residents will be provided. For more information, please reference the attached work area drawing and the following web page:

As common with any large construction project, work will be noisy and dusty at times. We will try to keep both to a minimum.
