Theis an all-volunteer group that has civic groups help clean up and plan along the Los Angeles River and other places throughout Studio City.
"A sycamore tree has been planted along the river in honor of the Neighborhood Council," Rabins told the board president John Walker.
Walker replied, "We are honored, and thank your dedication to improving the banks of the L.A. River."
Rabins presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the council.
