As a Certified Health & Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer, older folks often tell me they are too intimidated or lack the confidence to begin exercising. They feel it would be pointless in their Senior years. Fact is, it is never too late to work towards increasing your strength, flexibility, stamina and balance skills.
