Blog: Age is Not a Barrier to Fitness - It's Never Too Late!

At any age, it is never too late to work towards becoming the best you can be. The key is doing appropriate exercises for your age and ability, partnered with consistency.

As a Certified Health & Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer, older folks often tell me they are too intimidated or lack the confidence to begin exercising. They feel it would be pointless in their Senior years. Fact is, it is never too late to work towards increasing your strength,  flexibility, stamina and balance skills.  The key is level-appropriate training, and consistency.

Take that first step to fitness and you'll be amazed how much better you feel, at any age.   Keep moving!
