Carpenter Needs Help With Traffic Madness

Help curb the traffic at the elementary school in Studio City.

Carpenter Community Charter School is gearing up for school Tuesday.

Parent Nigel Rush is seeking help with the traffic around the school to deal with the "Carpenter Avenue traffic madness" and asks that you write him if you can help at nigelrush@appletreesongs.com. He said, "If you have half and hour one or two days a week to spare to open car doors..every little bit helps...many thanks."

A team of parents came in to put together the First Day packets. Also, teacher assignments went out by email.

The school pointed out:

A certain small percentage of families did NOT get an email with their new teacher information. That is most likely due to the fact that the office does not have an accurate email address for you on file (or at least accessible to those sending out the notifications).

DON'T PANIC.

Every child has been assigned to a class. If you did not hear anything this evening, call or drop by the office on Monday and they will be able to tell you who your child's teacher will be this year. ... Thank you for your patience and understanding.

To all of those families who did not get their room assignment email: cccenrollment@gmail.com.

Include your name and your child's name along with your request.

You should be able to get the info via this email address.

And the office will be open Monday morning to give you the info as well.
