Cadet Colin M. Weidmann, son of Shawn and Maria Weidmann of Studio City, graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point this year.
Colin Weidmann graduated fromin 2008. He also attended Shaker Heights High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio from 2004-2006. While at West Point, he concentrated his studies on International Relations with a double major in Chinese.
He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army within the Infantry Branch and will report to Fort Benning, Georgia for his first assignment. The United States Military Academy is a four-year co-educational federal undergraduate liberal arts college located 50 miles north of New York City.
