The Los Angeles County High School of the Arts is part of the County of Los Angeles, not LAUSD, and their students play in a world-class orchestra, sing opera and learn arts of all kinds. They are also facing budget cuts, like any other school of the arts.
Housed on the Cal State LA campus, the school has a lot of local student personalities (see the 300 bowler, for example!) Studio City family of Frank and Margarita Leon will be hosting a fundraiser Sunday night at La Loggia Restaurant in Studio City.

Dinner (vegan options available), cocktails, a DJ, and student performances are just some of the exciting events of the night. The Music Gala Holiday Dinner promises to be a lot of fun but the best part is every penny from every ticket sold goes directly to the LACHSA Music Department!
