Join us for a free workshop introducing the fundamentals of yoga.
In this welcoming, safe and fun class, you will have the opportunity explore the many benefits of yoga, and how it can fit into your life. Workshop will include: intro to the philosophy of yoga; the basic seated, standing & balancing poses; exploration of breath work; and relaxation techniques.
Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and try not to eat for about an hour before class. This workshop is perfect for "first time" beginners and students who are returning to yoga after a long break.
All are welcome, regardless of flexibility or physical fitness level, even if recovering from illness or injury. These free workshops are open to new students only.
