Artists Gather for Exclusive Party in Studio City to Help Children

The event to aid children's charities was held on Iredell on Sunday night.

An elite party of art lovers congregated at a beautiful home in the Fryman Canyon area Sunday night to raise money for a variety of children's charities.

"This is the first of 12 major charity events that we will be having all over the world," said the homeowner Giorgio Tuscani, who moved to Studio City 5 1/2 years ago. His art involves angels. He said he paints the soul. And so, the charity event is called a "Soiree with Angels."

"We will be having these parties in Washington D.C., Monaco, Rome, Dubai and more," said Tuscani, who said he loves Studio City.

"We had to move out of Mulholland Estates and an agent said, 'What about Studio City?' and we drove down here and it was like a paradise that's five minutes away from the jungle of the city. I love it here."

He has neighbors such as, and, who is one of the collectors of his art. And, he is aware of the parking situation problems and the people who walk past to hike in Fryman Canyon. "You know what? I like people, I don't mind the people walking by. I say the more the merrier."

Of course, it would seem that way with 400 stars, entrepreneurs and business people attending the party, which was helping a variety of charities such as Artisfactions, Kids in the Spotlight, Youth Service America and others.

"This is a diverse group of children's charities, helping with arts, helping children who make movies, helping with hunger and obesity all kinds of issues," Tuscani said. "It is so important to give children opportunities at an early age, and these charities touch all the bases."

An award-winning film composer Deddy Tzur, and his wife, a champion ballroom dancer Alicia Richardson, said, “I have created original music for the event tonight, so the whole experience can be a work of art.”

Alice Amter from The Big Bang Theory, Christine Clayburg from Desperate Housewives, Steve Wright, former NFL athlete for the Dallas Cowboys and on Survivor and many politicians and business people were at the party.

“We are friends of Giorgio’s and we are art collectors, so of course we want to help,” said fashion designer Pol’Atteau with his dog Snow White.

“It is an honor to do this, it is a great location and a nice crowd,” said artist Davood Roostael, the founder of Cryptorealism, a revolutionary style of painting. He was displaying his art.

The attendees included Ido Ezra, an actor in Iron Man, hairstylist Jose Eber, actor Karim Imam, Emmy-winner writer Kate Wright, Broadway producer and director Rudy Tronto, and actors Scott Butler, Tennille Williams, Thom Bierdz and Adam Scott.

Shanta Payne from Kids in the Spotlight was there as well as Soroya Crystal Iman, director Anthony Sestito with his brother Ulvio, Miss Santa Monica and multiple beauty pageant winner Emmy Jewel and many others.

Shahrzad Amirsadeghi, founder of Soiree with Angels, said, “We were brought together to share with the world the true and unique work of two artists whose passions are to help others, especially children. With the chaotic state of our world today, we need every helping hand we can get, and hopefully our black-tie charity event can be a small step in creating a better tomorrow for our children.”

“This is a unique event that brings together great artists and it highlights charities that teach children and how to be proactive in creating a better life for themselves,” said Tracy Saunders of Artisfactions.com and Soiree with Angels.
