Some of the immediate changes that will take place on this, my final year on the Board, will be a rotation of Board members controlling the Comment Cards at our Board meetings, done in alphabetical order.
Also, due to the amount of requests, and until further notice, all Motions at the Board level will be done on a Roll-Call basis so that a record can be maintained.
All Budget submission requests will be going out to all Board members as an FYI.
Both our Board and Chairs have been assigned Email addresses. They can be found at our website: wwwstudiocitync.org.
Remember, our Board meetings are scheduled on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the CBS Studio Center Lot and your participation is always needed. We serve light refreshments at 6:30 p.m. and our meetings start at 7 p.m.
We are looking forward to a productive year for Studio City and with all of your help, we can accomplish a great deal.
Sincerely,
John Walker
