The Department of Neighborhood Empowerment has just announced that Neighborhood Council's throughout Los Angeles will be having Elections.  Studio City is slated for Thursday, September 20 - times and locations TBD.  Please go to our website to see if you qualify as a Stakeholder to run for a Board Seat.  This is an excellent opportunity for those of you who wish to become involved, and can offer time to volunteer for our community.  Its hard work, and you do have required obligations as a Board member.

Much more detailed information will be forthcoming, but now is the time to start thinking about it - YOU ARE NEEDED.

Please join us tomorrow,  Wednesday, May 16 @ 6:30pm for a light buffett supper.  Our meeting is scheduled to start at 7pm.

Sincerely,

John Walker

President, SCNC
