introduced herself Wednesday night as to the Studio City Neighborhood Council, and they're already putting her to work.
Her first gig is going to be Aug. 7 at the National Night Out with the Los Angeles Police Department and Target sponsoring.
As Council member Richard Niederberg said, "It's a great fun family event with free food and lots of free gifts and giveaways and some great entertainment."
The Neighborhood Council will be there to explain the upcoming elections, and encourage people to run for office and to vote.
Tolbert said, "I am hoping to get involved in community activities and be part of the Studio City community."
