Dear Lisa, You have done so much work on the project, and I just wondered if you could tells us the thing that you think would have the biggest impact on Studio City if this were to go through? What would be the worst that could happen?—Thanks, Y.F.

Dear Y.F.—In my opinion, well, there are so many "biggest impacts" I do not know where to begin.  I will say though "unavoidable impacts."

These are impacts that no mitigations are being offered to improve the current issues. I will explain three examples.

The intersections already rated E or F —these intersections would just be worse.  Where will the water and power come from to support the proposed development?

Is LIVE Dead?

You must be referring to Platinum Live.  The tenant lost their lease recently.  According to the realtor, the property owner would like to lease to a nice restaurant or retail business. Many restrictive conditions were placed on the property that are still in force. Hopefully, the new establishment will abide by them.
