FINAL Studio City Workshop - Edible Landscapes, Rain Barrels, & Rain Chains

After being rained out last weekend we are so excited to finally be hosting our FINAL workshop - Edible Landscapes, Rain Barrels, & Rain Chains! This is a great opportunity to check out the Parkway Garden and the Driveway projects we completed in previous workshops!

David King, founder of the Seed Library of Los Angeles and UCLA instructor, teaches us how to design and grow a food garden that's pretty enough to be in your front yard, doesn't waste water, and doesn't require chemical intervention. Attract pollinators and add some bloom with well-suited native plants, too!

Scott Mathers, of Hey! Tanks LA, will show us how you can have fresh water for irrigation by collecting it in a rain barrel or cistern before it hits the ground. This is a great opportunity to learn about SoCal Water$mart’s Rain Barrel Rebates and purchase your own rain barrel!

- Scott will be taking orders for rain barrels at the workshop at a special workshop rate of $99 (regular price: $159) PLUS free shipping, which comes out to $24 after you complete a rain barrel rebate.
