On Tap: Luminaria Festival, Winter Family Festival, Laura Purcell

Here are five things to know for the weekend in Studio City.

1. More than 2,000 luminarias will take over Campo de Cahuenga on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. for the Third Annual Luminaria Festival, hosted by the Studio City Neighborhood Council. Click here for more information.

2. The Studio City Residents Association's third annual Winter Family Festival is also Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Studio City Recreation Center, and will feature loads of family-friend activities. Click here for more information.

3. Join the Studio City Public Library on Friday, Dec. 6, from 12 to 12:30 p.m. as Miss Sarit presents a Hebrew-English Storytime for children aged 2-5 and have fun with puppets, songs, and stories about winter. Click here for more information.
