What's Up Weekend: weSPARK Run, Read to Dogs, Family Day, Water LA

Here is five things to know in Studio City this weekend.

1. For the next installment of Water LA will be about selecting plans and water right, taking place Sunday at 1 p.m. at Rhodes Avenue and Valley Spring Lane. Click here for more information and click here for Water LA's blog.

2. Experience this exclusive chip-timed weSPARK Cancer Support Center's 10k run and 5k walk/run race on the world famous Universal Studios Backlot! It begins Sunday at 6 a.m. Click here for more information.

3. Combining the dark and deadly talents of North Hollywood’s award-winning, critically-acclaimed maestros of the macabre, Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre Group, and master provocateur and Bitter Lemons Editor-in-Chief Colin Mitchell  comes "Breaking and Entering," starting at 8:30 p.m Friday at 4850 Lankershim Blvd. Click here for more information.

4. Sign up your child to practice reading aloud to certified therapy dogs at the Studio City Branch Library this Saturday at 3 p.m. Click here for more information.

5. The T.J. Martell Foundation's, 5th Annual Family Day Los Angeles is Sunday at noon in the CBS Studios Radford Lot. This afternoon consists of live music, great food, carnival games, rides, petting zoo, bouncy houses and prizes. Click here for more information.
