Hugo's was one of the first healthy/organic fine dining restaurants in the '80s in Los Angeles to make it big. Its incredible menu has been featured in Best Of Los Angeles reviews and cooking shows alike. Terry Kaplan envisioned a kitchen serving exciting, original dishes by a team of friendly cooks happily working together. It may sound cheesy, but the formula worked, and today diners pack both the West Hollywood and this Studio City location, which opened in 2000. Though it may currently be most popular for its great breakfast, you'll find a wealth of dishes for the rest of the day, including vegan and vegetarian fare, including pastas, sandwiches, stir-fry and much more from all over the world.
