Raphael is a chic, sophisticated friendly neighborhood restaurant with a great wine list and a good variety of 'wine-by-the-glass' selection. The menu is new American and highlights include the watermelon and feta salad, mussels in saffron cream sauce with the best thick, crunchy fries. The food is perfectly prepared, and the service is great. Wine tastings are available on Thursday nights along with the appropriate food pairings.
