Spark Woodfire Grill

Spark Woodfire Grill is located on Ventura Blvd. (between Laurel Canyon Blvd. & Colfax Ave.) in Studio City.  Like Spark's other locations in Beverly Hills and Huntington Beach, the Studio City restaurant's cuisine is prepared on a mesquite woodfire grill, slowly roasted in a Sicilian oak woodfire rotisserie or baked in a 1,200-degree open-hearth woodfire oven.  No gas or electricity is used at all.  The menu features grilling and roasting of Certified Angus Beef hand-cut steaks, Kobe beef burgers, chops, seafood, all-natural chicken, authentic thin-crust pizza and slow-roasted barbecue baby back ribs.  This location offers comfortable outdoor patio dining.
