Sushi Dan is located in a mini-mall on Ventura Blvd., west of Vineland, in Studio City. Also known as Rockin' Sushi, the restaurant offers rolls, sashimi and oyster appetizers in a casual, low-lit setting (with a TV above the bar). The Monkey Fire Cracker and Crazy Danny Roll come recommended. All food is made fresh. Several lunchtime specials are offered. Reservations are encouraged in the evenings.
