I've only been dropping in here after reading about the stories on Patch. I love that little guy Danny Janklow on Thursday nights, and I love Mark Winkler and I love Sally Kellerman and Pancho Sanchez and Billy Vera. What a fun and exciting place to have within walking distance of your home, and it's not expensive either folks.

I moved to Studio City last year from NYC so my expectations weren't that high to be honest. The food here is OK but not great. Vitello's is overpriced and below average if compared to most halfway decent Italian places in NY. I guess it's true that you can't get good Italian in LA just like you can't get good Mexican in NY.
