Xtreme Desserts is a bakery that bakes and sells extravagant and "xtreme" baked goods. The bakery's specialty is making cookie sandwiches; signature sandwiches include red velvet cookies with a cream cheese filling and chocolate-chip cookies with a peanut butter and chocolate ganache filling.
