It still has the signature simplified menu, diners choose from three core selections, each called a "trust me," a centuries-old Japanese tradition known as omakase, where the master chef determines the menu.  Offering incredible sushi for the purist, as well as good service, décor and a general vibe, the restaurant also serves beverages including sake, beer and wine.
