Torchon. This…More restaurant is a French bistro and wine bar serving French cuisine in a refined atmosphere. Appetizers range from classic onion soup gratin, escargots and homemade duck pate to Cajun shrimp popcorn. The entrees include fresh fish, duck, choices of meat, chicken and pasta. For dessert, customers favor the apple TarteTatin.  Every Tuesday evening at the bar, the sommelier presents three "non ordinaire" wines which can be paired with petits plats "Tapas" and artisan cheese platters from the bar menu.
