Jennifer has dedicated her life to ending pet homelessness through compassion, education, and innovation. Pets are her passion!

Jennifer started her career translating documents for UNICEF in Africa, then working in the Editorial Department of the United Nations, and editing influential online magazines. When she moved to Los Angeles her interest in animal welfare led her to the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA where she was their webmaster and a pet adoption counselor for 10 years. Since 2008 she has been the blog editor and Director of Shelter Outreach at the largest non-profit pet adoption website in North America, Adopt-a-Pet.com.

In her local community, she volunteers for Los Angeles Animal Services and pet rescue organizations. She also runs WoofTags.com, a website that sells pet ID tags as a fundraising tool for homeless pets.
