Joe Goodman, Neighbor

Real estate broker, Joe Goodman born in Toluca Lake, has lived in Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Northridge, Encino, Woodland Hills and Calabasas. In addition to being President of Hayden & Bach real estate, Joe is a piano player, music producer, actor in TV commercials, and vegetarian. He has written for Keyboard Magazine, Record Collector News, Studio City Lifestyle Magazine, international corporations and CEOs. After graduating from Birmingham High in Van Nuys, and The University of Hawaii, Honolulu, Joe toured as a musician before opening the Goodman Music stores in North Hollywood.

Joe is a past president of the Studio City Chamber, past VP of the SCNC current VP of Kiwanis, and President of the Studio City Foundation.
