Samuel French Bookstore in Studio City to Close

The store will close next year.

the theater, film and television bookshop in Studio City, will be closing in February, according to their Facebook page.

The closings of bookstores around Los Angeles was the topic of conversation on  KCRW Monday night, also talking about the pending closure of Barnes & Noble at Westside Pavilion. 

The Studio City store is scheduled to close Feb. 20 next year. They still have a store in Hollywood, New York City and London.
