Asphalt Replacement Begins on Kelsey Street
Many Studio City streets need the same attention. Which ones do you think the city should prioritize?
The city began paving asphalt on Kelsey Street in Studio City Wednesday, which has been sorely needed.
Neighborhood Council Vice President Lisa Sarkin said the work has been a long time coming, noting Kelsey Street has been a "Grade F" ranked street in Los Angeles since the 1980s.
Sarkin estimated the work could be completed by next week.
