Theology Book Group - Unitarian Universalist Church of Studio City

Our Theology Book Group meets at the
church on the third Wednesday evening of
each month 7:30 to 9:00, in the Big Room
(up the stairs and around to the right at
the end of the hall). The next meeting will be Wednesday,
October 20.
We are beginning a new book: Fred Muir's Heretics' Faith,
available for $16 on Sunday mornings at our book table. This
book contains 46 chapters of 3 to 5 pages each on a variety of
religious words and topics, all arranged alphabetically. For our
October discussion we've chosen the following chapter topics
for reading in advance:
Life Meaning Humanism
Death Religion Spirituality
Faith Free Faith Sacred Story
Evil Authority Religious Experience
Hope God (I-III) Fundamentalism
We invite you to add any other topics for discussion that
appeal to you. Our minister, Jay Atkinson, leads the group
